Policy on the processing of personal data

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by individual entrepreneur Vladislav Anatolyevich Molodov (hereinafter — the Operator).

The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

  • Conclusion, performance and termination of contracts with clients;
  • Provision of consultations and services in the field of Legal Design;
  • Sending informational materials and advertising offers;
  • Communication with the User;
  • Improving the quality of services.

4. List of personal data

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone numbers;
  • Data transmitted automatically (IP address, cookie data, browser information).

5. Legal grounds for processing

The processing of personal data is carried out on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data;
  • Performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party;
  • Compliance with obligations imposed on the operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Procedure for collecting, storing and protecting data

The security of personal data is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to meet the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data protection.
